Damaged, leaking or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Unopened products
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
